All my clients are invited to create a space utilizing all five of their senses that they get to look forward to each week. Imagine a session listening to calming waves, surrounded by blue lights, the smell of lavender, a refreshing beverage, and painting what’s on your mind.
From working with tots to teens and young moms, my approach is person-centered and holistic. My experience ranges from working inpatient to outpatient with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, attachment issues, and more. Sand Tray therapy, EMDR, Gestalt therapy, and Treating Sexual Trauma are just some of the trainings I integrate in sessions. I would love the opportunity to assist you or your child on developing skills and creating an environment to heal, grow, and MAKE SENSE.

I have also completed clinical-endorsed training for youth with problematic sexual behaviors and have experience working with youth and families impacted by sexual abuse.
As a mental health therapist, a value that I practice with all of my clients is that every individual, from child to adult, deserves an opportunity to feel heard and respected in therapy. I promote an environment of processing and healing through building therapeutic rapport and genuine safety for clients. My goal in working with clients and families is to be there every step of the way and offer support in the healing and growth process. Everyone deserves the chance to be the best version of themselves, now, and in the future.

Throughout my career, I have provided therapy to individuals and families impacted by trauma including sexual, physical and emotional abuse, and neglect. As a result I have extensive experience in working with clients who struggle with PTSD symptoms, depression, anxiety, self-harming behavior, relationships, and behavior difficulties. I primarily work with teenagers and adults.
I am trained in numerous evidence based therapy models. These include trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). I have also been trained as a registered play therapist.
Being part of a client’s healing journey has always been rewarding for me. There is truly nothing like seeing where a client is when they complete therapy versus when they started the treatment process.
